Amita is a vibrant and dedicated young woman, with deep passion for what she brings. With extensive experience in various sectors throughout her professional career she continues to bring integrity and care into whatever field she is involved in.
From corporate IT management through to wellbeing in health and beauty in clinics across UK, Europe and overseas, as well as owning and running a country house hotel together with her husband, offering weddings and conference facilities, Amita continues to provide consistent personalized care and professionalism resulting in memorable experiences for her clientele. She recognizes the importance of ensuring and maintaining her own quality of personal wellbeing, within an industry of health and beauty she is a living, breathing example of the true benefits on offer.
In 2010 Amita found herself in a period of intense stress that impacted her health and wellbeing and this led her to explore different complementary health modalities. Today her practice utilises her vast experience in complementary healing techniques, modalities that she can say from experience deeply support the whole being. In 2016 she launched her own wellbeing business – Pure Harmony was born.
Amita travels widely reflecting her way of living to a variety of communities, offering sessions and sharing her lived experience.
Due to her personal experience of the stress and pressures of the corporate and hospitality worlds Amita understands and can support others with the challenges of working life. She has a real passion for working with people; bringing awareness and clarity and empowering them to make supportive lifestyle choices through the offering of deeply surrendering sessions.
Building relationships is at the heart of every aspect of Amita’s life, growing up in a close family, as well as being part of a wider community, Amita appreciates the constant support of her husband and business partner, with whom she has been living and working side by side since their marriage in 2006.
