TRANQUIL

Your 1hr 30 mins of tranquillity will begin with a balancing and relaxing Energetic Healing Session with Hands on Healing and Connective Tissue Therapy, followed by an Energetic Facial Release Massage . This deeply relaxing session will leave you refreshed renewed and rejuvenated.
STRESS BUSTER

Your 2 hrs will begin with a full signature massage that will focus on your individual specific areas of stress and tension. The Therapist will provide you with the comfort, warmth and reassurance of touch that can improve the body’ s well-being by stimulating its own natural healing abilities giving a sense of balance. To ensure that your stress levels become a distant memory, your Therapist will then turn their attention to your connective tissue for an in-depth treatment of connective tissue therapy. Following this treatment you will emerge energised, relaxed and stress-free!
MOTHER TO BE

As your body changes and adapts throughout the pregnancy you may experience backache, dry and brittle nails and a general feeling of physical discomfort. We have developed a package just for you. Your luxurious session will begin with a pampering Pregnancy Massage. This unique treatment employs techniques specifically designed to focus on the pregnant woman’s specific needs, getting to the base of those sore and tight muscles and stress-spots that are commonly encountered at this time of life. Every girl needs a bit of pampering, and our attention will then turn to your hands and feet where we will offer you a Spa Manicure and Pedicure using the finest natural oils and moisturisers to revive and enhance your look.

Your nourishing and pampering treatment plan will begin with a Facial that is tailored to your specific skin requirements. It combines deep cleansing, exfoliation, scalp and face massage. A mask is then applied to restore radiance and freshness to your skin. To enhance the frame and shape of the face following your facial, an eyebrow shape is included. Your Therapist will then focus on your hands and feet by offering our luxurious Spa Manicure and Pedicure.
